Q: What is Cotton Valley’s merchandise return policy?
Ans: 
All the goods delivered and picked up directly from the showroom, must be inspected within 5 business days of the delivery date. If there are any damaged goods, they can be returned or replaced. It is very important to notify us within five days of delivery date.

Q: What are the hours of operation for Cotton Valley Distribution Centers?
Ans:
We are open 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday- Friday. On Saturday, we are open from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Closed on Sunday. For Holiday schedule please contact us or email us.
